1. Legitimate and authorized use only
BaseTools permits only lawful products, services, listings, and customer activity. Sellers must have the legal right and authorization to supply every item they submit. Buyers may use delivered services only for lawful purposes and only with respect to accounts, systems, networks, and data they own or are authorized to use.
2. Prohibited listings and content
The following are not allowed on BaseTools:
- Hacked, stolen, compromised, fraudulently obtained, or unlawfully accessed accounts or credentials.
- Credit cards, carded products, bank accounts or bank details, fraudulent payment methods, or other financial information offered without lawful authority.
- Passports, driver licences, national identification documents, Social Security numbers, identity packs, or material intended for impersonation or identity theft.
- Phishing kits, malware, ransomware, malicious code, spam tools, credential-stealing tools, network-attack services, or instructions intended to facilitate cybercrime.
- Stolen personal data, private records, authentication secrets, or content that violates privacy, intellectual-property, consumer-protection, sanctions, export-control, or other applicable laws.
- Any product, service, request, description, URL, or communication intended to defraud, deceive, exploit, harass, or harm another person or organization.
3. Seller submission controls
Seller uploads are restricted to approved marketplace departments and pass through a controlled processing queue. BaseTools applies automated validation before a submitted row can be accepted, including checks for blocked product categories and known prohibited-policy terms in listing data. The platform also rejects invalid formats, disallowed prices, and duplicate inventory under its marketplace rules.
These controls supplement ongoing moderation; they do not give sellers permission to disguise prohibited content or guarantee that every violation will be detected automatically.
4. Requests, reports, and investigation
Prohibited customer-request categories are refused. Buyers, sellers, providers, and third parties may report suspicious or unlawful content through BaseTools support or by emailing [email protected]. Reports should include the relevant listing, seller, order, or URL and a factual explanation, without including unnecessary sensitive data.
BaseTools may preserve relevant records, temporarily restrict a listing or account, ask for evidence of authorization, review transaction and delivery records, and cooperate with hosting, network, payment, or lawful authorities where appropriate.
5. Enforcement
Depending on severity, history, and available evidence, BaseTools may reject or remove a listing, cancel or hold an order, restrict seller uploads, withhold access to affected features, suspend or terminate an account, and take other action required by providers or applicable law. Attempts to evade controls through misspellings, coded wording, misleading categories, external contact instructions, or repeated submissions are also prohibited.
6. Appeals and good-faith reports
A seller or customer who believes an enforcement decision was made in error may contact support with the relevant reference and evidence of lawful ownership or authorization. Good-faith reports are reviewed using the information reasonably available at the time.
