1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing BaseTools, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age required to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you use BaseTools for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.
2. Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting your password, recovery key, two-factor codes, and private order links. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or shared to evade platform controls.
3. Services and marketplace
BaseTools provides digital services and infrastructure and operates a marketplace that may include offers supplied by third-party sellers. Availability, price, specifications, delivery method, and duration are shown in the relevant listing or checkout. Seller-supplied items remain subject to these Terms and the BaseTools dispute process.
4. Acceptable use
You may use services only for lawful purposes and only on systems, accounts, data, and networks you own or are authorized to use. You must follow applicable laws, provider rules, technical limits, and third-party rights.
You must not use BaseTools for fraud, phishing, malware, credential theft, spam, deceptive activity, unauthorized access, surveillance without authority, network attacks, exploitation, intellectual-property infringement, trafficking in stolen or unlawful property, or activity that harms BaseTools, providers, users, or third parties. The detailed prohibited-content rules are part of the Acceptable Use and Marketplace Moderation Policy.
5. Marketplace moderation
Seller submissions are restricted to approved departments and processed through validation controls that can reject prohibited categories, known policy terms, invalid data, duplicate inventory, and disallowed pricing before accepted rows become available. BaseTools may also investigate reports, request proof of authorization, remove listings, restrict seller access, suspend accounts, or terminate service.
6. Prices, balances, and payments
Prices are displayed before purchase and may change before an order is confirmed. Account balance is a platform credit used for eligible BaseTools purchases; it is not a bank account, deposit product, or cryptocurrency wallet. Cryptocurrency payments are normally irreversible. You must send the exact asset on the exact network displayed at checkout and account for wallet or blockchain fees charged outside BaseTools.
Payment processors may apply service, conversion, minimum-payment, or network charges. Any fee charged to the customer by BaseTools will be disclosed in the checkout or payment instructions before payment. A payment is complete only after the required provider or blockchain confirmation and BaseTools reconciliation.
7. Digital delivery
Digital delivery begins after payment confirmation and may be immediate or may require provider processing. Delivery is made through the account dashboard, protected order page, service activation, or another method stated at checkout. Estimated availability is not a guarantee when an external network or provider is delayed.
8. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations, replacements, and refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Report a missing, inaccessible, incorrect, or non-working delivery promptly and preserve relevant order information. Starting a chargeback or external dispute without first providing BaseTools a reasonable opportunity to investigate may result in account restrictions, subject to applicable law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may delay an order, restrict features, suspend an account, or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, prohibited activity, non-payment, provider requirements, or a material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we may request verification or information needed to resolve the issue.
10. Availability and liability
BaseTools works to keep services available, but maintenance, provider failures, network events, legal requirements, or events outside reasonable control may interrupt access. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BaseTools is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes and applicable law
We may update these Terms when services, laws, providers, or security requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain published here. These Terms are governed by applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
12. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected] or submitted through BaseTools support.
